On 18th October, Lukáš Žák lectured at the administration office of the České Švýcarsko National Park in Krásná Lípa on the occurrence of the wolf in the Šluknov region and in the territory of the National Park. The lecture was intended for the general public. During the two-hour presentation, over 80 listeners learned basic information about ecology, distribution, conservation and current occurrence of wolf in the territory monitored by the OWAD project. During the lecture, the issue of damage to livestock was also discussed. High participation has confirmed that the wolf is an attractive and interesting topic that the public is undoubtedly interested in.
