Lecture for the School of Forestry in Šluknov

On December 12, 2018 a lecture on the occurrence of a wolf in the Šluknov region was held at the Forestry School in Šluknov. Lukáš Žák introduced the OWAD project to students. The lecture was divided into two parts. In the first part students learned basic information about ecology, distribution and current occurrence of wolf in Europe. In the second part, data from the territory monitored within the OWAD project was presented. After the lecture, a half-hour discussion on the problems associated with the return of wolves to our country took place.
