The outputs of the OWAD project contributed to the elaboration of a nationwide wolf distribution map for the 2017-2018 season. The result of the international cooperation with the participation of the partners of the project OWAD, the Hnutí DUHA Olomouc (Friends of the Earth Czech Republic) NGO, the Polish association WILK and the Šumava National Park is the finding that 16 wolf's territories are involved in the Czech Republic. In ten cases, these were packs of three or more individuals, in five cases a wolf pair occurred, once a territorial wolf was mapped. With the exception of one inland pack in the Ralsko area, all territories are located along the border of the republic.
